The RMC is having a Holiday Shopping WIN WHAT YOU SPEND promotion! What is WIN WHAT YOU SPEND? It is a shop local campaign in Mount Carmel, IL where local Retail Merchant Committee Members collect receipts from their customers with their name and phone numbers on them. The receipts are then turned in to the Wabash County Chamber of Commerce for a BIG drawing of Gift Checks! In this promotion, receipts are drawn and the winners get the chance to win the amount of money they spent on their receipts back in Retail Merchants Committee Gift Checks. They can then spend those gift checks again at Retail Merchants Committee locations!
