Here in Downstate Illinois, we have so many great eateries from drive-ins to hidden gems. But did you know we have an amazing selection of food trucks as well? Join us as we introduce you to some tasty places you MUST try.

Western Region

Clara B’s Kitchen Table – If you love brunch, then this is the place for you. Both a food truck, and a restaurant rooted in downtown Belleville, Clara B’s serves brunch with a Texas-Southern state of mind. To learn more and follow their journey, click here.
Soulcial Kitchen – While it is a restaurant, the Soulcial Kitchen in Swansea has a rotation of food trucks and live music. To learn more about their lineups, click here.
The Sweet Side – From cinnamon rolls to cookie sandwiches, all sweet tooths can be cured at The Sweet Side. Based primarily in the Metro East area, this food truck is one that will have you chasing it for more. Click here to find out more.

Central Region

Crave Shave Ice – Summer heat in our area can get intense, so why not get some refreshing shaved ice? Crave Shave Ice will have you cooling off in no time with all their flavors but be sure to eat it before it melts! To learn more, click here.
Fantastick Pops – Based out of St. Louis, this popsicle truck frequents the Clinton County area. Made with locally-sourced fruits and veggies, these artisan popsicles draw quite a crowd! To learn more, click here.
The Hole Dozen – Whether you like coffee or donuts, The Hole Dozen has both! Nothing beats a good, iced coffee and some sugary donuts to start  or  reboot your day. To learn more, click here.
Rollin’ Dough Brick Oven – Who doesn’t like pizzas, especially brick oven fired and made-to-order pizzas? This food truck will have your mouth watering just smelling it blocks away! Oh, and don’t forget to get a side of cheesy garlic sticks. To learn more, click here.

Eastern Region

Beer Bones BBQ Catering and Food Trailer – Since 2014, Beer Bones has been serving Wabash, Lawrence, and Edwards County mouthwatering BBQ. With locally sourced meat and up to 16-hour smoke times, this food truck has got to be on your list! To learn more, click here.
Curbside Cravings Mini Donuts – When you’re on the go at a fair or concert, mini donuts are perfect to eat on the move. These cinnamon-sugar-dusted vanilla cake donuts will have you coming back again and again. Curbside Cravings has several variations including maple bacon and éclair. To learn more, click here.
Georgie’s Southern Fried Fish – It can be hard to find fresh and tasty entrées in the Midwest for fish lovers, but Georgie’s can change that!
