Posted on 05/16/2023 by Emily Titsworth

If you’re looking to enjoy great food while also soaking up the warm weather, we have a lineup of food trucks just for you.

Clara B’s Kitchen Table – Clara B’s Kitchen Table has a storefront inside of LongStory Coffee in Belleville, but they also have a portable truck that you can often find in St. Clair County. Their specialty is Texas Southern inspired brunch with a rotating menu including biscuits and gravy, breakfast burritos, chicken sandwiches, and more.

Fantastick Pops – This unique dessert truck specializes in hand-crafted popsicles that are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth this summer. They prioritize fresh, local ingredients for their popsicles and have a rotating menu throughout the year that always includes fruit-based, cream-based, and specialty popsicles. This unique truck travels around Clinton County and beyond.

Georgie's Southern Fried Fish – This truck prides itself on having developed the best fried fish you’ve ever tasted. Grab a fish sandwich and fries and make sure to pair it with one of their delicious lemon or strawberry shake ups. Georgie’s can be found in Edwards, Clinton, Clay, and Marion Counties.

Living Millennially Coffee Bar - Serving Monroe County, Living Millennially is a pop-up oat milk latte trailer and roaster. Their menu offerings include lattes, cold brew, chai, hot chocolate, and more. Quote from Paige Hewett, owner of Living Millennially Coffee Bar: “Being mobile has allowed me to bring specialty coffee to small towns! We roast our own coffee and specialize in oat milk lattes, which isn’t something a lot of small towns get to experience without leaving their small towns or going to the city.”

Rollin’ Dough Pizza – Serving made to order brick oven pizzas, Rollin’ Dough Brick Oven serves Clinton, Marion, and Washington County. Each pizza is customizable with dozens of combinations. Overwhelmed by the options? Try one of their specialty pizzas instead!

Rosie Jean’s Sweet Tea & Jesus - Rosie Jean’s specializes in all things iced tea. They have over 30 different flavors you can add. Or if you’re looking for something simple, you can stick with a classic sweet tea. Find them at markets, festivals, and more in the eastern region.

There are plenty of other food trucks in our region. Head over to our site to learn more about food truck offerings and let us know if there are any that we are missing! https://www.downstateil.org/Dine/food-trucks
