A small-town farmer in McLeansboro took their passion for producing the best farm-to-table products and now sells delicious milkshakes. Their company has experienced so much growth that they opened a second location in Carmi IL. Higgson Farms provides customers with the freshest local products and gift items. You can also book their farm for events or parties, and ice cream flavors include fruit pebbles, strawberry, mint chocolate chip, birthday cake, superman, and butter pecan.  

Dairy Dee - Sumner

Starting in 1974, founder Clifford Brian opened a soft-serve ice cream shop next to the service station where he worked for many years. Today, longtime residents of Sumner and current owners, Eldon and Janice Scherer, continue to grow the business. The ice cream menu includes cones, dishes, waffle cones and bowls, sundaes, shakes, malts, and floats. They have a porch where you can catch up with friends over a sweet treat.
