Thanksgiving is just around the corner, and cooking an entire meal for loved ones can be daunting to say the least. We’ve compiled a list of markets and businesses where you can grab Thanksgiving cooking essentials – whether it’s ingredients or pre-made meals. Note: Be sure to place your order early, as many places sell out quickly and no one wants to be without a meal on Thanksgiving!  

Covered in Chocolate in Breese’s Thanksgiving Menu went live recently. You can choose between a meal suited for 6-8 people, 10-12 people, or 15-20 people and it comes with appetizers, entrees, and dessert. Not looking to purchase an entire pre-made meal? Eckert’s in Belleville may be known for their apple picking, but did you know that they will prepare a Thanksgiving feast for you? Their Thanksgiving meal feeds 8-10 people and includes turkey breast, mashed potatoes, green beans, homemade stuffing, and freshly baked dinner rolls. They’ve got you covered with desserts too. One of their delicious pumpkin pies comes with the meal, or you can visit their Country store and grab one yourself. You won’t be sorry.   

The Regency in O’Fallon is not only a beautiful events space, but they also offer Thanksgiving catering. Serving 8-10 people, this meal is customizable with your choice of herb roasted turkey or glazed ham as the main course, then the choice of 3 sides. Don’t want to cook Thanksgiving dinner? You have the luck of the Irish on your side. Tullaghan’s Irish Pub in Highland is currently accepting pre-orders for a Thanksgiving Carry-Out Feast. You have the option of ordering a meal for 6 or 12 people, and it includes starters, a main course of oven-roasted turkey breast and prime rib, sides, and an apple or pumpkin pie. Located in Downtown O’Fallon, Vine Street Market is hosting a Thanksgiving Market on November 18th. Their vendors will be selling homemade pies, cuts of meat, fresh bread, and anything else you might need for the holiday. Be sure to visit the Facebook event for more information on vendors and pre-ordering options.   

Finally, Wildflour Bakery & Candy Co. in Casey has covered all your dessert needs. Their pre-order menu features cookie platters, cheesecakes, whoopie pies, fruit/nut pies, and cream pies.
