Beer Bones BBQ is a small, family owned catering company and food trailer serving Southeastern Illinois and Southwestern Indiana. Real authentic barbecue and scratch-made sides are what they are known for. They are 100% devoted to the craft of barbecue and have been since we started in 2014. They refuse to cut corners or take any shortcuts. All of their meats are sourced locally and smoked fresh to order, hand rubbed with signature spice blends, and can take upwards of 16 hours to become pure barbecue perfection. All of their delicious sides and sauces are scratch made and are given the the same attention they would give to their own family. This is barbecue in its truest form! Created by people who are dedicated to doing it right using time tested methods that are sure to please! They serve Wabash, Lawrence, and Edwards County.
